The Role: 

As an Associate Implementation Manager, you are tasked with the responsibility of guiding our customers through the setup of our warehouse management and integrations software. Enabling customers to get up-and-running on our platform quickly and successfully is the first critical factor in our customer’s journey. Our team of Implementation Consultants set up and train users from all backgrounds and technical abilities, in warehouses of all types and sizes, with operational structures and workflows that range from simple to complex.

What You Will Do: 

Management of a small to medium portfolio of new customer implementation projects at a time, as well as managing a small portfolio of ongoing technical account management, with excellence at: 

  • Leveraging a consultative approach, and assertively owning the implementation experience for each assigned customer 
  • Communicating and managing project scope, charter, and risk with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing ongoing project/program management to our Premium Account Services subscribers with a focus on adoption and retention
  • Working to ensure assigned customers are leveraging Best Practices to ensure they quickly see value during the implementation journey 
  • Effectively providing comprehensive product training and configuration for all types of users 
  • Acting as the primary liaison with internal and external teams for all customer projects, including sales, product, in-house and third-party integrations teams, and support 
  • Learning and servicing new software features that are developed and released 
  • Acting as a customer advocate for product function, quality, and usability 
  • Creating documentation and training material supporting existing and future product functionality 
  • Affecting High CSAT ratings for all implementations through creating an onboarding experience that lasts well into our customer’s first year post-implementation 
  • Maintaining 70% billable utilization and effectively tracking time and progress on ongoing projects
  • Efficiently completing high-quality project go lives, with an average of 80% on time go-lives

You Are/Have: 

  • 2 years’ experience managing SMB SaaS implementation projects and building customer relationships 
  • Exceptional/obsessive organization and communication skills that will allow you to hold our customers and their partners to deadlines and scope expectations 
  • Independent, self-actuated self-starter with the ability to effectively and successfully manage high-profile accounts
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment 
  • Ability to travel ~10% 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, E-Commerce, and Warehouse Management Systems and/or Logistics
  • Salesforce, TaskRay, and Utilization tracking tools are a big bonus!

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $64,200 -$82,500. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
